The Dedes, a pop/rock band formed by five talented young women, has shaken up the music scene of Helsinki this year. In a short time, the band has already released two singles, finished in the top five in the Emergenza competition and wowed crowds at some of Helsinki’s most known venues. The Dedes are currently working on their debut EP, which will be released early 2024.
Featuring two soloists with attitude and three multi-instrumentalists with talent, The Dedes take their place with their unstoppable vocal melodies and songs that go under the skin. The unfiltered lyrics of the songs demand to be heard and serve as a warning: The Dedes are not to be underestimated. This band is not afraid to be a pioneer in their own path!
