LOST IN MUSIC VOLUNTEER SEARCH FOR THE YEAR 2025 IS NOW OPEN

We are now looking for excited volunteers to join in various tasks for Lost In Music –festival!

As a volunteer, you will become part of the event team and will have a great opportunity to learn about organizing an event, gain new experiences, and make valuable acquaintances. In our team, you’ll be helping to make the festival a smooth, atmospheric, and unforgettable experience. Together, we’ll handle tasks such as venue decoration, stage setup, wristband distribution, creating social media content, and photography.

The tasks are ideal for students in creative fields or those interested in the field. Most of the tasks do not require previous experience, the most important thing is a good attitude and an open mind!

Volunteer tasks will mainly take place during the festival days from Thursday to Friday, September 25–26, 2025, but there will also be some tasks outside of the event hours. As a volunteer, you will participate in at least one shift, but if you wish, you can work on both festival days. The length of the shifts varies from 5-8 hours depending on the task. 

Volunteers receive a Lost In Music festival wristband, which entitles them to entry to all festival events, provided that there is space at the venue upon arrival. We will arrange one meal for volunteers per shift.

The application is open until 10.9. at 4pm or when the tasks are filled. You need to be 18 in order to be a volunteer in Lost In Music.
