On Thursday evening at Tavara-Asema, audience will see the new and intriguing pop newcomer Minttu. One of the most skilled performer in Finland - Ilta. Goldielocks, who has crossed international boundaries and won the hearts of Finns in UMK, and the pop sensation Ani, known for his captivating stage presence and catchy melodies.
After the top gigs, the party continues late into the night as the DJ keeps the festival crowd dancing until the lights go out.

Olympia / Thursday 25.9.
Olympia Thursday is a celebration of Finnish rock from start to finish!
Opening of the evening, Zangoma is a new Finnish-Zambian band on a mission to bring zamrock into this decade. The band, equipped with dynamic players and a strong soloist, takes you into a world you don't want to come back from.
Sweatmaster rose to the top of Finnish alternative rock at the turn of the millennium like lightning. The band toured clubs and major festivals both at home and abroad, supporting acts such as The Hives and Motörhead. In 2011, the band members felt their creativity and enthusiasm wane, and the band went on hiatus. A few years ago, the band became active again, both on stage and with new music. A new album will be released in 2026.
The evening's closing artist, TEKSTI-TV 666, is known for its explosive krautrock and its many guitarists, currently the band is preparing a new album.
The band likes to avoid excessive seriousness and swears by an ever-growing army of sound barriers and several vocalists..

With an impressively international sound, Louie Blue released his debut single Confused at just 17 years old. The track quickly gained attention in the music scene: within hours of its release, he received offers from three major labels as well as several notable indie ones. That same day, a Norwegian promoter invited him to perform in Oslo—despite having only a handful of tracks out at the time.
Emilia Sisco, whose voice and songwriting style have captivated listeners around the world, is a rising star in the soul music scene. Debut album released by Timmion Records Introducing Emilia Sisco, has already received international acclaim. The album was created in collaboration with the label’s in-house production team, Cold Diamond & Mink. kanssa. Helsingin Sanomat praised it as "one of the best Finnish debuts of the year", and Soul Bag Mag (France) lauded its “sophistication” and “organic coherence.” Juno Records (UK) described Emilia’s voice as authentic and powerful, bringing a refreshing new energy to the soul scene.
For Jenni Kinnunen, the electric guitar is more than just an instrument. In the hands of Tinyhawk & Bizzarro's lead vocalist and songwriter, the guitar becomes a space rocket and a gateway to a world of uninhibited, dancing imagination.In January 2024, Tinyhawk & Bizzarro was awarded “Newcomer of the Year” at the Indie Awards, and in April 2024, they won the prestigious Teosto Prize. Their new album “Neko-A-Sekoi” will see the light of day in September 2025, released by the excellent Humu Records.

Annika Pudas is an artist who combines pop aesthetics with the singer-songwriter tradition in her music, known for her captivating live performances and deeply affecting sensitivity.
With perceptive lyrics and a uniquely moving vocals,allaan Pudas creates small yet profound songs that have gathered a devoted audience around them.
The Finnish folk supergroup Ne Lintuizet, founded 2024, is a group of accomplished songwriters - Pekko Käppi, Laura Moisio, Kielo Kärkkäinen and Lauri Myllymäki. The quartet’s stunning group vocals and freely flowing musical dialogue captivated audiences already on the band’s first tour last autumn.
The band’s debut album Uusi huone was released May 16, 2025. The atmosphere of the album is intimate and warm, with the nuanced vocals of Lintuizet at it's core. The band draws from the deep well of folk, from the golden era of folk rock across the seas and from local folk traditions as well.

Musamimmien ilta (Finnish Women in Music Business Event) by Suomen Musiikintekijät will be held on Thursday, September 25th, in Tampere as part of the Lost In Music festival. The evening’s lineup has been curated in collaboration between the teams of Lost In Music and the Finnish Women in Music Business Event series. The event is free of charge and supported by the Finnish Music Creators’ Association. The event is open to everyone (18+).
Musamimmien ilta (Finnish Women in Music Business Event) offers a communal space for music, new encounters and inspiration. Vilma Talvitie, Sofia Voltti and Eroma will take to the stage at Pub O’Connell’s during the evening – three impressive artists and music makers who represent strong storytelling.
The event is supported by the Finnish Music Creators’ Association (Suomen Musiikintekijät), a professional organization for music creators founded in 1954. It promotes the financial and professional interests, social recognition, and sense of community of professional composers, lyricists, and arrangers in Finland and Finnish residents.

Thursday at Bistro Vilja offers irresistibly catchy and even dreamlike delightful worlds in an evening with rising singer-songwriters.
Opening the evening,folk/pop singer-songwriter Carla Aakre's captivating storytelling and emotive melodies have attracted international attention. In her music, Aakre blends the sensitivity of indie folk with the diversity of alt-pop, drawing inspiration from life’s impermanence, human relationships, and existence. Her singles "watercolour" and "through" have received widespread international recognition, and her debut album things I forgot to tell you was immediately named Album of the Week by Radio Helsinki upon its release.
Ilmi Lupiini is a singer-songwriter and a hopeless nostalgist, whose music resonates with bittersweet tones. The artist’s latest single, the country-tinged "Kaikki mikä tulee", melted hearts on Yle Radio Suomi’s Levylautakunta, earning the jury glowing reviews and top marks.
Preparing her debut album, Ilmi Lupiini is a promising newcomer in the lineup of versatile Finnish independent musicians.
The evening's closing artist Eidetic Dreams is a dreampop duo from Helsinki whose music combines multilayered, ethereal arena-level art pop with electronic elements. Connections can be found, for example, in the music of Kate Bush, Florence and the Machine, and The xx.
Singles released through the group's label, All That Plazz, have garnered attention in both Finnish and international music media, and received airplay on channels including Yle. In March 2025, Eidetic Dreams was featured as a YleX Nosteessa artist.

Myrtsi is the project of Emma Uusi-Koko, Emma Uusi-Kokon a music creator and producer from Vaasa, inspired by homemade aesthetics, Finnish roots, and a bit of grumpiness – sulking with a twinkle in the eye. Despite the sulking, the heart of the music is playfulness and fun. Myrtsi’s lyrics blend everyday philosophical reflections, description, and straightforwardness with a touch of irony, accompanied by harmonious melancholy and the joy of synth sounds.
At 8.45 PM, Asla Jotakes the stage, quickly gaining a devoted fanbase with her Finnish melancholic pop about sorrow, girlhood love, loneliness and growing up. Signed to Kaiku Entertainment, the talented singer-songwriter plays with interpretations of the Finnish psyche and her personal experiences in her music.
The night ends Figaro, an ambitious ambassador of Finnish psychedelic pop, whose new album Taivaankappaleet was released in February 2025. Self-produced by the artist, the album joins the same canon as acts such as Pariisin Kevät, Saimaa, MGMT, Gorillaz, and Tame Impala. The album’s focus track, ‘Kun mä tapasin sut,’ also won on MTV’s Levyraati show.

Tuulensuu Palace / Thursday 25.9.
This year, Lost in Music also provides a platform for engaging discussion.
Mikko Kosonen & Osaajat podcast will be recorded in front of a live audience at Tuulensuu Palace with a special guest, singer-songwriter Samuli Putro.
In line with the podcast’s theme, the stage discussion will delve deeply and passionately into expertise, practice, learning processes, working methods, personal development, and everything related to the guest’s core skills. What is Putro’s writing process like? How did influences from his youth originally find their way onto the page, and where does he find new inspirations? How does a middle-aged artist continue to develop, and in which direction?
Kosonen has previously played in Putro’s band and on his albums, and the unique evening will also feature live music interspersed with the conversation.
The evening continues with Aksel Kankaanranta's touching music, which draws the listener close, and the eight-member soul band Punomo, known for its vintage sound, getting everyone dancing into the darkening night.

Gardenhead- known affectionately as "Hedarit" among friends - is a stylish rock band that flirts with metal while weaving through a wide spectrum of sounds, from flamenco rhythms to stoner rock grooves. Though the band stretches its vines across multiple genres, their songs remain catchy and polished, with melody and top-tier production taking center stage.
Following in the evening, Krypta is the solo project of Tyrantti's songwriter and guitarist - Henri Seger. In the band’s music, occult and Finnish rock meet in a new way. Combining catchy hooks and melodic distorted guitars, the band’s poetically wistful lyrical expression springs from the mysticism, horror, and romance of the mind.
The night ends Ptrov, whose intense prog jamming thrives on contrasts, ranging from heavy riffing to colorful soundscapes. The long, slowly unfolding tracks draw the listener towards a trance-like state.

Friday night at Tavara-asema will show us new artist in pop and hip hop.
Night starts with pilvet pilvet, the glue between them is purely love for the music. The band’s members have been inspired by big names such as U2, Coldplay, and The 1975.
The evening continues with Leyla, a rising name in Finnish rap. Her music is a mix of traditional rap aesthetics, R&B expression, and modern production. At the gigs, audience experience Leyla's confident and empowering energy!
Karim B pushes the boundaries of Finnish pop by blending Arabic melodies, afropop, and modern R&B with Finnish-language expression. Karim B has been recognized as one of YleX’s breakthrough artists.
Next artist is Bizi, who released his debut album in spring 2025, delivers live performances that are unique experiences where emotional songs and energetic club bangers merge into one. His versatile discography also includes collaborations with top Finnish artists such as ibe, JVG, and ABREU.
Before the evening’s grand finale with DJ Lida Moeini, the stage will be taken by good boys.

Released in collaboration with F, the song is already approaching double platinum status. Last summer, it surged to the top of Finland's most-streamed tracks at an unprecedented pace, where it remains to this day. louna0nline is an artist whose music combines modern rap, hyperpop, and hazy, ethereal soundscapes. Her work features bold experimentation and a distinctive voice that has captivated listeners. The finale of the evening Nössö Nova, is a tropical pop monsoon that has spread from Finland own Liverpool, leaving no one untouched. In Nössö’s music, the flavors of the world blend smoothly with Finnish-language pop, carried by multilayered vocals.

Lydian's music blend pop hooks, jazz glamour, and distorted guitars with nightclub melancholy and stories of love and injustice. She sings about the pains of being human and captivates with her gentleness.
At Bistro Vilja on September 26th, Lydian’s songs transform into ambient forms. The lyrics, tones, and melodies live on in new, more electronic soundscapes, leaving space for freer expression.
Kirsikkapuu is a new-generation, quirky pop-rock prospect, inspired by homemade velvet, underground ethos, and rough elegance. The band reimagines Finnish rock, approaching its conventions with a creatively rebellious energy. In May 2025, Minna Records released Kirsikkapuu’s debut album, full of catchy melodies, offbeat ideas, and music of dreams and escape. In intimate duo performances, Kirsikkapuu brings the audience unprecedentedly close to the poetic twists of the album’s songs. Kirsikkapuu will perform as a duo.
Closing the evening is producer-artist Mahls, whose music blends innovative electronic pop with poetic Finnish lyrics. His stream-of-consciousness texts explore the artist’s secrets and most wondrous dreams. Mahls’ live performances feature massive electronic soundscapes and beats, over which the lyrics flow, both spoken and sung. The entire production is Mahls’ own work: he has composed and written the songs, as well as played and recorded all the instruments and vocals. His debut album, "Muistikuvat musta", was released in 2023, and Mahls is currently preparing his second album. The album is released by Helsinki-based Kuohu Records.

Saga Mast is an artist and songwriter who thrives in the space between pop and rock. In the spring of 2023, Mast released the debut album "Rakastan draamaa". The songs are disarmingly honest stories of growth, exploring stumbles, mistakes, and imperfection—without shame. As a live performer, Mast is an unstoppable rocker. Yet, he strips some of his songs down into intimate confessions, exposing his soul down to the smallest detail.
One of the most exciting indie bands of the moment, Juhlat, draws inspiration for their melodic guitar pop from early 2000s radio hits, Scandinavian melancholy, and American adult rock. The band's second album, Yöllä taivas kaatuu, which received critical acclaim, was released in early 2025.
The finale of the evening Lala Salama is a dynamic rock trio peeking from the upper reaches of Richter’s local magnitude scale, a band that unsuccessfully tries to evade international cult fame. They are known for their unapologetic sensitivity combined with a crashing wall of distortion!

Friday at Tuulensuu Palace is a celebration of Finnish folk music, rave vibes, and thought-provoking lyrics!
Night starts with a singer, violinist, and jouhikko player Päivi Hirvonena two-time Emma Award nominee and internationally active artist. A pioneer in combining violin playing with singing, her music blends Finnish folk with pop and singer-songwriter traditions. Hirvonen is a master by using Finno-Ugric vocal techniques, the hypnotic sound of the jouhikko, and her earthy violin playing give her music a distinctive character. Through her songs, she addresses issues such as climate change and women’s rights, while also celebrating love in all its beauty.
Vimma is an urban rhythm ensemble and poetry machine, blending progressive pop-rock, folk traditions, and socially conscious lyrics into a distinct, recognizable sound. The band’s performances are intense, communal experiences—moments that might even change a person. Singer Eeva Rajakangas speaks about power, the environmental crisis, and love, while the seven-member band lays a foundation of punk, rock, jazz, and beauty. Vimma entertains, provokes, and takes a stand.
A genre-blending powerhouse of raucous rave energy, buzzing synthesizers, rap manifestos, and accordion-driven grooves, Suistamon Sähkö moves fearlessly between the worlds of ethno-techno and hip hop, producing wild and experimental dance music for their audience. With their energizing, pelvis-shaking ethno-techno blasts, Suistamon Sähkö has spread the joy of communal movement not only on Finnish stages but also internationally, performing in countries such as Belgium, France, Germany, the Nordic countries, the Baltics, and the United States.

Night starts with Drug Store Raid. Having steadily generated buzz in underground music circles, the band released their long-awaited debut album last November. This five member band has been attracting attention since 2021 with their explosive live performances. Drug Store Raid’s music is a blend of punk, jazz-funk, no-wave, pop, and indie dance music. Rumor has it on the streets that the band might be the next sensation of Finnish indie.
The band Aino & Hajonneet, was founded in 2020 with musical roots at the intersection of melodic Finnish punk and power pop. They released their third album "Enemmän kuin mitään muuta" in September 2024. The band has gained a reputation as an extremely energetic live act.
Aino & Hajonneet were also nominated in the "Rock of the Year" category at the Indie Awards 2025 gala. Just before their Lost In Music performance, the band will release their first live album, which will also be celebrated in Tampere.
The evening ends with The Snake. The band’s charisma stems from a passion for heartfelt, powerful guitar sounds, vocal harmonies, and lyrics that feel as direct and personal as diary entries. Their debut album was released in March.

PERFORMERS HEADING FOR AN INTERNATIONAL CAREER
Lost In Music is Finland's most significant showcase festival for new music. The event's mission is to serve the Finnish music industry and offer artists and music creators opportunities to advance their careers, both in Finland and in the international market. This year, Lost In Music wants to highlight showcase performances by Finnish artists and their representatives who are heading to the international market and help export activities.
Lost In Music's artistic director Lotta Savolainen has curated the following for Finnish export artists for the 2025 program: Export it is aimed at both Lost In Music festival guests and international music industry delegates.
