WE ARE NOW TAKING LOST IN MUSIC 2026 ARTIST APPLICATIONS! 

The Lost In Music showcase festival will next be held in Tampere on October 1–2, 2026. The city festival, which will spread to the most central concert venues in Tampere, has opened an artist search, which is open until March 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Artist selections are made throughout the application process.

Lost In Music emphasizes the relevance of its artists in its program, but at the same time also wants to support emerging, independently operating artists in finding new audiences and building connections with industry players. At Lost In Music, we value diversity and welcome applications from a variety of backgrounds.

To support Savolainen and Laurila in putting together the program, a working group of music industry professionals is assembled, including: Catharina Herlin – Music Journalist (freelance), Sanni Virta – Executive Director of the Finnish Kantele Association, Niko Kangas – Export Manager Music Finland, and Niklas Aaltio – Program Manager and Music Journalist Glivelab Helsinki & Radio Helsinki.
